Publications
TSL scientists publish their work in a wide range of academic journals.
We are strong supporters of open access science and open access publishing. TSL is a signatory of the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA; https://sfdora.org/) and actively encourages researchers to use prepublication peer review (preprint servers) and publish in Open Access journals. We publish preprints regularly on bioRxiv and other preprint servers.
Oligomerisation of a plant helper NLR requires cell-surface and intracellular immune receptor activation
Effector target-guided engineering of an integrated domain expands the disease resistance profile of a rice NLR immune receptor
Phytophthora effector PSR1 hijacks the host pre-mRNA splicing machinery to modulate small RNA biogenesis and plant immunity
The soybean rust pathogen Phakopsora pachyrhizi displays transposable element proliferation that correlates with broad host-range adaptation on legumes
Conserved secreted effectors contribute to endophytic growth and multi-host plant compatibility in a vascular wilt fungus
