Bio
I am interested in unravelling the molecular mechanisms underlying plant-microbe interactions. My research investigates how plants perceive and ward off microbial invaders, relying on their innate immune system. Here, I aim to understand how cell-surface receptor-mediated signalling potentiates the strength of intracellular receptor-triggered immune responses.
