Bio
I am interested in the plant-pathogen interaction, in particular the role of resistance genes to confer immunity. My PhD research focused on the mapping of the H2 resistance gene against the potato pathogenic nematode, Globodera pallida.
Since joining the 2Blades group the aim of my research is to identify and map new sources of resistance against the rust fungus Phakopsora pachyrhizi.
