Bio
I'm a postdoctoral scientist in Prof. Nick Talbot's group. As a computational biologist, my work revolves around analysing omics datasets to understand genetic mechanisms orchestrating the formation of infection structures, such as the appressorium.
Previously, I completed my Ph.D. at the Biological Research Centre in Szeged, Hungary, focusing on evolution of pathogenicity and wood decay strategies in mushroom forming fungi.
