Bio
Considering the sessile nature of plants, I have always wondered how they defend themselves. In a bid to understand the intricate dance between plants and pathogens, I have navigated a trajectory of scientific exploration - from the foundations laid during my BSc qualification to the nuanced studies in global plant health pursued in my current MSc program. My journey has been enriched with absorbing insights from my internship position at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, several seminar sessions, and self-directed learning.
Now, standing at the threshold of a new academic frontier, I am poised to delve into the fascinating realm of effector biology, continuing to explore the links in plant-pathogen interactions.
