I am interested in plant-pathogen interactions, especially plant - Phytophthora syringae interactions. My research is focused on effectors from P. syringae manipulation on plant immunity molecule NAD+/NADH. I will push the investigation on a Nudix-contained effector in regulating NAD+ metabolism to supress plant immunity for promoted virulence. |
