Bio
My research is focused on studying the role of cis-regulatory elements in regulating transcription during development and stress responses. By making use of techniques profiling transcription and epigenetic marks at the single cell level, I aim to uncover the regulatory logic underpinning transcriptional heterogeneity at the level of cell type, including during localised responses from pathogen infection.
