Gender Equality Plan

In conjunction with our Athena Swan commitment, TSL has developed a Gender Equality Plan which aims to identify gender bias within our organisation. The plan outlines the procedures and practices by which we identify gender bias, identifies corrective strategies and sets targets against which we can monitor progress in achieving these goals.
